    Most events are designed for up to 50 guests seated and 55–70 guests for standing receptions, depending on layout and weather. Overnight, cabins typically sleep 30–35 guests across four buildings. For larger guest counts we can suggest nearby lodging partners in Blue Ridge.

    How many people can stay overnight on-site?

    We can usually host 30–35 guests overnight across Luna, Freestone, Starlight, and additional suites, depending on your preferred rooming list. We’ll map room assignments with you as part of the planning process.

    Can we bring our own planner, caterer, or vendors?

    Yes. We welcome outside planners and vetted vendors with advance approval. We ask that all vendors carry appropriate insurance and follow our site guidelines for parking, load-in, sound, and cleanup. If you’d like referrals, we can share a shortlist of local partners we trust.

    Most events are structured as full-property buyouts with a two-night minimum so your group can settle in. Limited day-only options may be available midweek.
